Tilt the front seat rearwards to provide clearance for head restraint removal.
- Raise the front seat head restraint (3) to gain access to the head restraint guide bezel (1).
- Twist the head restraint guide bezel (1) counter clockwise and push the bezel upward on the head restraint adjuster rod.
- Using a suitable pointed or flat bladed tool, push the head restraint clip (2) rearward while pulling upward on the front seat head restraint (3).
Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, slide the tool on the outside of the head restraint guide (1) until it finds the slot. Then push the plastic slot inward and pull upward to remove the guide from the seat back frame.
