Installation Procedure

  1. GM5893620

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (1) - Install

  2. GM5893615

    Retaining Clip (1) - Engage [2x]

  3. GM5893517

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (2) - Install

  4. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) - Install
    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip Bolt (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  6. GM5893516

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket (2) - Install

  7. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  8. Lower the vehicle.
  9. Check the transmission fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
  10. Inspect for transmission fluid leaks. Fluid Leak Diagnosis
