Circuit/System Verification

  1. Check for updated software in K164 Differential Control Module.
    • If software is not current 
    1. Perform programming and learn procedure for the K164 Differential Control Module.
    2. Verify DTC does not reset.
      • If the DTC sets

        Replace the M135 Differential Lock Motor.

      • Go to next step: If the DTC does not set
    3. All OK.
    • Go to next step: If software is up to date 
  2. Replace the M135 Differential Lock Motor.
