Installation Procedure

    Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (1) - Install

    Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (3) - Install

  3. Clamp (1) @ Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (3) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  4. Retainer (2) @ Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (3) - Engage [2x]

    Retainer (3) - Engage

  6. Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (2) - Install
  7. Engage the charge air bypass valve vacuum tank tube clamp (1). Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  9. Retainer (2) @ Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (1) - Engage

    Oil Filler Cap - Remove

  11. Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Install
    12. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  12. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  13. Oil Filler Cap - Install
