Installation Procedure

Charge Air Bypass Valve (2) - Install
- Charge Air Bypass Valve (2) @ Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Source Tube (1) - Connect
Charge Air Bypass Valve Bolt Spacer (3) @ Charge Air Bypass Valve (4) - Install
- Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Electrical Connector (1) @ Charge Air Bypass Valve Solenoid (2) - Connect
Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (3) @ Charge Air Bypass Valve - Install
- Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube (2) - Install
- Engage the charge air bypass valve vacuum tank tube clamp (1). Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Oil Filler Cap - Remove
- Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Install
- Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Oil Filler Cap - Install
- Perform the intake system learned values reset. Intake System Learned Values Reset
