Installation Procedure

  1. Clean and inspect O-Ring and apply engine oil. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
  2. Camshaft Exhaust Lobe Sensor (2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Camshaft Exhaust Lobe Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  5. Connect the camshaft exhaust lobe sensor electrical connector.
  6. GM5432174

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

  7. GM5432171

    Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).

  8. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  9. Install the oil fill cap.
