Installation Procedure

Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Install
- Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Retainer (3) - Install [4x]
- Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
Exhaust Front Underbody Heat Shield (3) - Install
- Exhaust Heat Shield Nut (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Exhaust Heat Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
Position back the left front edge of exhaust intermediate underbody heat shield (2).
- Exhaust Heat Shield Bolt-Left Front (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Lower the vehicle.
Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install
- NOTE:
Ensure the intake manifold cover retainers fully engage the intake manifold cover studs.
Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (1) engaging the intake manifold cover retainers to the intake manifold cover studs.
- Install the oil fill cap.
- Pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks.
