Installation Procedure

  1. GM5318350

    Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) - Install

  2. Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) @ Retainer (3) - Install [4x]
  3. Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) @ Fuel Tank Vent Valve Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. GM5318340

    Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

  5. GM5573133

    Exhaust Front Underbody Heat Shield- Left Side (3) - Install

    6. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  6. Exhaust Heat Shield Nut (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  7. Exhaust Heat Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
  8. GM5309833

    Position back the left front edge of exhaust intermediate underbody heat shield (2).

  9. Exhaust Heat Shield Bolt-Left Front (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  10. Lower the vehicle.
  11. GM5318338

    Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
