Installation Procedure

  1. Charge Air Bypass Valve (2) - Install
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Charge Air Bypass Valve Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  4. Connect the electrical connector.
  5. GM5405476

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install

  6. Connect the electrical connector.
  7. GM5405472

    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  8. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  10. Perform the intake system learned values reset. Intake System Learned Values Reset
