Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 GE 47716)

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]

  3. Front Compartment Air Deflector Bolt (3) - Remove [3x]
  4. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Remove
  5. GM5874489

    Front Compartment Lower Noise Shield (1) - Remove

  6. GM5875406

    Turbocharger Coolant Feed Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  7. Turbocharger Coolant Feed Lower Hose (2) - Remove
