Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY with V03 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY with V03 GE 47716) 
  2. GM5446149

    Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  3. Radiator Inlet Hose Clip (2) @ Radiator Inlet Hose Bracket - Remove
  4. Radiator Inlet Hose (3) @ Radiator - Remove
  5. Radiator Inlet Hose (3) @ Radiator Inlet Pipe - Remove
  6. GM5313262

    Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  7. Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Remove
