Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B GE 47716)

    Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  3. Radiator Inlet Hose Clip (2) @ Radiator Inlet Hose Bracket - Remove
  4. Radiator Inlet Hose (3) @ Radiator - Remove
  5. GM5479959

    Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  6. Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Remove
