Installation Procedure

  1. GM5532223

    Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Outlet Hose (2) - Install

  2. Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  3. Lower the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  4. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY with V03 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY with V03 GE 47716) 
  5. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
