Installation Procedure

  1. GM5123085

    Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Inlet Hose (2) @ Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Install

  2. Engine Oil Cooler Outlet Hose Clamp (2) @ Engine Oil Cooler - Install
  3. Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  4. GM5123066

    Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger (2) @ Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Inlet Hose - Install

  5. Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  6. Lower the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  7. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY with V03 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY with V03 GE 47716) 
  8. Start the engine and check for leaks.
