Installation Procedure

  1. GM5475762

    Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Pipe (3) - Install

  2. Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  3. Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Pipe Clip (2) - Install
  4. GM5488369

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install

  5. GM5488367
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  6. GM5488365

    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  7. Electrical Connector (2) @ Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve - Connect
  8. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
  9. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B GE 47716) 
  10. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
