Installation Procedure

Install the radiator inlet hose retainer (1) into the radiator inlet hose connector.
- Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (2) - Install
- Install the auxiliary radiator inlet hose (2) to the engine auxiliary radiator ensuring that the radiator inlet hose retainer (1) is fully engaged.
Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Pipe - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Air Cleaner Assembly (2) - Install
- Air Cleaner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the electrical connector and install all wiring harnesses to the air cleaner assembly.
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Install the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Upper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Shutter and Sport Sedan or V Series) , or Front Bumper Upper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Frame and Sport Sedan or V Series)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
