Installation Procedure

    Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) - Install

  2. Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct Retainer (1) - Install

    Instrument Panel Trim Plate Applique - Right Side (2) - Install

    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Bolt @ Instrument Panel Carrier (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel - Right Side (1) - Install

    Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connectors.

  8. Instrument Panel Airbag Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  9. Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Instrument Panel Trim Pad (1) - Install

    Connect the electrical connectors.

    Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector.

  15. Instrument Panel Lower Airbag - Passenger Side (2) - Install
  16. Instrument Panel Lower Airbag Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator (1) - Install

  18. Install the front edge of the front floor console extension panel into the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator (1).

    Connect the body control module connectors (3).

  20. Body Control Module (4) - Install
  21. Attach the wiring harness clips (1) onto the body control module bracket.
  22. Install the detent (2) onto the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator.

    Instrument Panel Insulator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Close and lock the body control module bracket (2) into the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator.

  25. Body Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    { If equipped } Connect the electrical connector.

  27. Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover - Right Side (1) - Install

    Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate (2) - Install

  29. Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Secure the instrument panel steering column upper trim cover (1) to the instrument panel steering column lower trim cover.

    Instrument Panel Instrument Cluster Hood (1) - Install

    Connect the electrical connector.

  33. Instrument Panel Extension (1) - Install

    Connect the electrical connectors.

  35. Windshield Garnish Molding Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  36. Align the retainer clips with the slots in the A pillar and press the windshield garnish moldings (1) into place.
  37. Windshield Garnish Molding (1) - Install [2x]

    Connect and position the wiring harness.

  39. Instrument Panel Knee Bolster (1) - Install

    Data Link Connector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  41. Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector.

  43. Instrument Panel Center Trim Pad (1) - Install
  44. Return the steering column to its original position.

    Connect the electrical connector.

    Install the tabs into the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator (1).

  49. Instrument Panel Insulator Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  50. Instrument Panel Insulator Nut (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Attach the hood primary latch release cable end retainer to the hood primary latch release cable handle (1).

  62. Radio Front Center Speaker (2) - Install
  63. Radio Front Center Speaker Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radio Front Center Speaker Grille (1) - Install

  65. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling .
