Removal Procedure

Apply masking tape over the outside rearview mirror glass (1).

Apply pressure inward at the top of the outside rearview mirror glass (1) until full travel is reached.

Firmly grasp the outer bottom edge of the outside rearview mirror glass (1).

Retaining pressure on the outside rearview mirror glass (1), pull outward until the outside rearview mirror glass is released from the outside rearview mirror actuator (2).
Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Outside Rearview Mirror Opening Applique Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
Outside Rearview Mirror Housing Bezel (2) - Remove

Outside Rearview Mirror Housing Opening Cover Bolt (1) - Remove
Outside Rearview Mirror Housing Upper Cover (2) - Remove
Disconnect the electrical connector.

Outside Rearview Mirror Turn Signal Lamp Bolt (1) - Remove
Outside Rearview Mirror Turn Signal Lamp (2) - Remove

Release the retaining tabs.
Outside Rearview Mirror Housing Cover Molding (1) - Remove
