Removal Procedure

Driver Seat (2) - Remove - Front Seat Removal and Installation , or Front Seat Removal and Installation (Blackwing)
Front Floor Console (1) - Remove - Front Floor Console Removal and Installation (with M5N) , or Front Floor Console Removal and Installation (with MQA) , or Front Floor Console Removal and Installation (Blackwing)
With a flat bladed plastic trim tool, start at the front and work your way back to release the clips.
- Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover (1) - Remove
Starting at the rear of the front side door sill garnish molding (1), pull upward at the b-pillar joint to disengage the garnish molding.
- Work your way forward disengaging all the front side door sill garnish molding clips then pull rearward to disengage the clip on the forward vertical wall.
- Front Side Door Sill Garnish Molding (1) - Remove
Driver Footrest (1) - Remove
Accelerator Pedal Cover (1) - Remove
- Accelerator Pedal Bracket Bolt (2) - Remove
- Disconnect the connector from the accelerator pedal.
- Tilt the top of the accelerator pedal rearward.
- Accelerator Pedal (3) - Remove
Floor Carpet Retainer Button (1) - Remove
- Floor Carpet Retainer (2) - Remove [2x]
- Front Floor Panel Carpet-Left Side (3) - Remove
Floor Carpet Retainer Nut (1) - Remove
- Footrest Energy Absorber (2) - Remove
Driver Footrest Retainer (1) - Remove
- Driver Footrest Bracket Nut (2) - Remove [2x]
- Driver Footrest Bracket (3) - Remove
