Transfer Case Front Drive Axle Viscous Clutch Assemble

    If the clutch pack assembly is replaced, the TCCM must be recalibrated using the service calibration. Transfer Case Information Label 

  2. Transfer Case Clutch Drum (1) - Install
  3. Thrust Washer (2) - Install
    4. NOTE:

    Remember the orientation of the clutch hub for assembly.

  4. Transfer Case Clutch Hub (3) - Install
  5. Transfer Case Separator Plate (4) - Install
  6. The friction plates are assembled with the lube holes aligned as indicated in order to provide an unrestricted oil path when assembled.
    7. NOTE:

    Remember the orientation of the friction plates for assembly.

  7. Transfer Case Friction Plate (5) - Install
  8. Transfer Case Pressure Plate (6) - Install
  9. The armature is to be installed with the tapered edge outward and facing the rotor.
  10. Transfer Case Armature (7) - Install
