Conditions for Clearing the DTC

- The transfer case shift control module clears the active DTC C1057 16 once the conditions for setting the DTC are no longer present.
- DTC C1057 17 & DTC C1057 29 are ignition cycle latched.
- The transfer case shift control module clears the active DTCs C1057 17 & C1057 29 on the next ignition cycle, once the conditions for setting the DTC are no longer present.
- A history DTC clears after 40 consecutive warm up cycles without a fault present.
