Sunroof Window Adjustment

NOTE:
It will be necessary to perform both the sunroof window adjustment and roof stationary window adjustment after removal and installation of the sunroof housing.
- Place the front sunroof sunshade to the fully open position.
- Reposition the sunroof window seal to access the sunroof window bolts.
- NOTE:
For clarity, only one side is shown.
Loose the 4 sunroof window bolts (1), on both right and left side of the sunroof window (2).
- Cycle the sunroof window to the open position and closed position.
- Ensure the sunroof window is flush to the roof panel.
Adjust to the proper gap of 1.5 mm between the sunroof window (1) and roof stationary window (2), measuring the adjustments at the middle of the glass as well as each end of the glass.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Sunroof Window Bolt (1) - Tighten [4x] 4 N.m (35 lb in)
- Repeat steps 3 through 7 if additional adjustment is needed.
