Roof Stationary Window Adjustment

WARNING:
Refer to Glass and Sheet Metal Handling Warning .
- Place the rear sunroof sunshade to the fully open position.
- Reposition the sunroof window seal to access the roof stationary window bolts.
- NOTE:
For clarity, only one side is shown.
Loose the 4 roof stationary window bolts (1), on both right and left side of the roof stationary window (2).
- Cycle the sunroof window to the open position and closed position.
- Ensure the roof stationary window is flush to the roof panel.
Adjust to the proper gap of 1.5 mm between the roof stationary window (1) and the sunroof window (2), measuring the adjustments at the middle of the glass as well as each end of the glass.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Roof Stationary Window Bolt (1) - Tighten [4x] 4 N.m (35 lb in)
- Repeat steps 3 through 7 if additional adjustment is needed.
