Single Use Fasteners and Components

Callout Component Name
1 Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator
2 Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Bolt (Qty. 3)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
10 N.m (88 lb in)
3 Water Pump Gasket
NOTE:

Install a NEW Gasket.
4 Water Pump Assembly
5 Water Pump Assembly Bolts
Tighten 
10 N.m (88 lb in)
6 Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Gasket
NOTE:

Install a NEW Gasket.
7 Water Pump Outlet Assembly (with Thermostat)
8 Water Pump Outlet Bolts

Procedure

  1. Install and hand tighten all three bolts.
  2. Tighten bolts to final torque.

Tighten 
10 N.m (88 lb in)
9 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
Tighten 
20 N.m (15 lb ft)
10 Jumper Harness
