Cylinder Head Gasket (4) - Install NEW
Cylinder Head (3) - Install
Cylinder Head Bolt - M12 x 134 (2) - Install NEW and hand tighten [9x]
Cylinder Head Bolt - M12 x 102 (1) - Install NEW and hand tighten

Cylinder Head Bolt - M12 x 102 (1) - Tighten in sequence
1. First Pass: 80 N.m (59 lb ft)
2. Final Pass: 130 degrees - Use EN-45059 Angle Meter
Cylinder Head Bolt - M12 x 134 (2) - Tighten in sequence [9x]
1. First Pass: 80 N.m (59 lb ft)
2. Final Pass: 150 degrees - Use EN-45059 Angle Meter

Engine Wiring Harness (2) - Install [2x]
Engine Wiring Harness Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

Exhaust Manifold (1) - Install - Exhaust Manifold Replacement - Left Side (LT4)
Install the valve rocker arms and push rods. Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Replacement
Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly-Bank 1 - Install - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement - Bank 1
Install the compressor air intake supercharger. Compressor Air Intake Supercharger and Gasket Replacement

Supercharger Belt Tensioner Bracket (3) - Install - Supercharger Belt Tensioner Bracket Replacement
Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
