Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
The parking brake actuator mounting surfaces of the brake caliper must be clean and free of corrosion and debris.
Rear Parking Brake Actuator Lever Seal (2) - Install NEW
- Rear Parking Brake Actuator (1) - Install
Retainer (2) @ Rear Parking Brake Actuator - Secure
- Electrical Connector (1) @ Rear Parking Brake Actuator - Connect
- CAUTION:
Parking Brake Actuator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Calibrate the park brake. Park Brake Calibration
