Removal Procedure

  1. Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose - Remove - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe and Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Pipe) , or Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe to Radiator)
  2. Heater Inlet Hose - Remove - Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY)

    Retainer (1) - Unclip [5x]

  4. Engine Wiring Harness (2) - Reposition away

    Engine Wiring Harness Conduit Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove

  6. Engine Wiring Harness Conduit Nut (2) - Remove
  7. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (3) - Remove
