Installation Procedure

NOTE:
Make sure the collar (3) is properly aligned with the battery positive post.

Using the locator pins (1), install the battery distribution fuse block (2) to the battery positive post.

Engage the 2 retaining tabs to the battery.

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution

Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1) - Tighten to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in)

Body Harness Terminal (2) - Install [4x]
Body Harness Terminal Nut (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install [2x]
Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Retainer (2) - Engage [2x]

Rear Body Fuse Block Cover (2) - Install - Rear Body Fuse Block Cover Replacement
Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
