Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

    Drive Belt (2) - Remove - Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LT4)

    Radiator Inlet Hose (1) Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Engine Radiator to Water Outlet) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler - Left Side to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler - Right Side to Engine Radiator)

    Generator Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  6. Generator (2) - Reposition

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect

  8. Nut@Generator (2) - Remove
  9. Engine Wiring Harness (3) - Reposition
  10. Generator (4) - Remove
