Installation Procedure

Generator (4) - Install
- Engine Wiring Harness (3) - Install
- Nut@Generator (2) - Install and Tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
Radiator Inlet Hose (1) Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Engine Radiator to Water Outlet) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler - Left Side to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler - Right Side to Engine Radiator)
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LT4)
Drive Belt (2) - Install - Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
