Installation Procedure

Generator (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution
Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
- Retainer (2) - Engage
Radiator Inlet Hose Bracket (3) - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and Tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
- Retainer (2) - Engage
Engine Wiring Harness Terminal (3) - Install
- Engine Wiring Harness Generator Lead Nut (2) - Install and Tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Protective Cap (1) - Install
- Electrical Connector (5) - Connect
- Retainer (4) - Engage
- Turbocharger Air Inlet Adapter-Bank 1 - Install - Turbocharger Air Inlet Adapter Replacement - Bank 1
Accessory Drive Auxiliary BeltAccessory Drive Auxiliary Belt (1) - Install - Accessory Drive Auxiliary Belt Replacement
- Install the radiator inlet hose. Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGY) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (RWD with LGY Radiator Inlet Pipe to Charge Air Cooler)
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
