Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Ensure the seat heater is not folded or creased during installation as damage to the internal circuitry may occur, causing performance issues and damage to seat components.

    If replacing the front seat cushion pad (2), install NEW front seat cushion heater and front seat vent fan mat, if equipped.

  2. Front Seat Cushion Pad (2) - Install
  3. Front Seat Cushion Cover (1) - Install
  4. Connect the J-channel retainers.

    {If equipped} Front Seat Cushion Ventilation Blower (1) - Install - Front Seat Cushion Ventilation Blower Replacement

  6. {If equipped} Front Seat Cushion Front Extension Frame - Install - Front Seat Cushion Front Extension Frame Replacement

    Front Seat Inner Adjuster Front Finish Cover (2) - Install - Front Seat Inner Adjuster Front Finish Cover Replacement

  11. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
  12. NOTE:

    The Regulatory Name for this component because of SAE J1930 is Restraints Occupant Classification System Module.
