Preliminary Procedures Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing) Reposition the wiring harness.
1	Front Bumper Shutter Bolt [8x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Front Bumper Shutter Bolt- Upper [4x] Tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
3	Front Bumper Shutter Frame Procedure Pull the front bumper shutter Frame up and out from behind the front bumper fascia absorber. Disconnect the electrical connector. Transfer components as necessary.
