Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Tank - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect [3x]

  3. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Fuel Tank Filler Evaporative Emission Valve Hose (3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Evaporative Emission Canister Hose (4) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Sender Retainer (1) - Remove - CH - 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench (2)

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect

  8. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Fuel Sender (3) - Disconnect [2x] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  10. Fuel Hose (4) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Remove

  12. Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD
