Removal Procedure

- Drain the fuel enough to remove hose. Fuel Tank Draining
- Rear Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side - Remove - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
- Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing - Remove - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement
- Fuel Tank Vent Hose - Remove - Fuel Tank Vent Hose Replacement
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Remove
- Tie Strap (2) - Remove and DISCARD
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Remove
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Loosen
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Remove
Remove the 2 right side rear fascia bolts (1).
- Gently pull fascia outward to allow for clearance for the removal of the filler pipe.
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Remove
