Installation Procedure

Water Pump Gasket (2) - Install NEW
- Water Pump (1) - Install
Water Pump Bolt (2) - Install [5x]
- Engine Front Cover Bolt (1) - Install [9x]
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Water Pump Bolt - Tighten in sequence [5x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Engine Front Cover Bolt - Tighten in sequence [9x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Water Pump Pulley (1) - Install - Water Pump Pulley Replacement
Drive Belt Tensioner (2) - Install - Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
