Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
- Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Remove
Water Pump Inlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Remove
- Water Pump Inlet Pipe Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]
Water Pump Inlet Pipe (1) - Remove
- Water Inlet Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD
