Installation Procedure

Water Outlet O-Ring Seal (2) - Install NEW
- Water Outlet (3) - Install
- Water Outlet Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Water Outlet - Connect
- Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (1) @Water Outlet - Connect
- Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
