Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe (3) - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY from Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose at Radiator and Intake Manifold) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Charge Air Cooler Hose)
Engine Front Cover Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Charge Air Cooler Bracket (2) - Position aside
Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Water Outlet - Remove
Water Outlet Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Water Outlet (2) - Remove
- Water Outlet Seal (3) - Remove and DISCARD
