Installation Procedure

Water Outlet Seal (3) - Install NEW
- Water Outlet (2) - Install
- Water Outlet Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Water Outlet - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Charge Air Cooler Bracket (2) - Install
- Engine Front Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Engine Front Cover Replacement
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe (3) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY from Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose at Radiator and Intake Manifold) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Charge Air Cooler Hose)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
