Installation Procedure

Supercharger Water Manifold Gasket (3) - Install NEW [4x]
- Supercharger Water Manifold (2) - Install
- Supercharger Water Manifold Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (3) @Supercharger Water Manifold - Connect - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump to Charge Air Cooler Front Manifold) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler Front Manifold to Engine Radiator Intercooler Heat Exchanger)
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) @Supercharger Water Manifold - Connect - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump to Charge Air Cooler Front Manifold) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler Front Manifold to Engine Radiator Intercooler Heat Exchanger)
