Installation Procedure

Radiator Surge Tank (1) - Install
Clip (2) @Front Wheelhouse Panel Extension - Install
- Radiator Surge Tank Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Heater Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LSY)
Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe and Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Pipe) , or Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe to Radiator)
- Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace- Right Side - Install - Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Impact Bar Bracket) , or Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Plenum without Blackwing) , or Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Plenum with Blackwing)
Plenum Front Panel (1) - Install - Plenum Front Panel Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Plenum Front Panel Replacement (with Blackwing)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
