Installation Procedure

Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe (1) - Install
- Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Clamp (2) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe Clip (3) - Install [2x]
- Remove the absorbent cloth and wipe up any coolant spillage.
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Approximate Fluid Capacities
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
