Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

    Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement

    Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Bolt (1) - Remove

  4. Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Clamp (3) - Disengage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  5. Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe (2) - Remove
