Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Remove the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator Outlet Pipe - Remove
Radiator Outlet Hose Bracket Bolt (2) @Radiator Outlet Pipe (1) - Remove
Front Compartment Air Deflector (1) - Remove - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (AWD) , or Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (Blackwing)
Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Outlet Pipe (2) @Engine Oil Cooler - Remove
- Radiator Outlet Pipe (2) - Remove
