Installation Procedure

Radiator Outlet Pipe (2) @Engine Oil Cooler - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Front Compartment Air Deflector (1) - Install - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (AWD) , or Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (Blackwing)
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Radiator Outlet Hose Bracket Bolt (2) @Radiator Outlet Pipe (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Front Compartment Air Deflector (1) - Install - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (AWD) , or Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (Blackwing)
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator Outlet Pipe - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
