Removal Procedure

Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)
Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Left Side (1) - Remove - Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (LT4)
- Front Cradle Shear Plate - Remove - Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (Blackwing)
- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (1) - Remove
- Retainer (3) - Remove
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Oil Cooler - Remove
Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Remove
Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (1) - Remove
Using an appropriate tool, remove the radiator outlet hose retainer (3) from the radiator outlet hose connector.
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler- Right Side - Remove
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (1) - Remove
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (4) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Coolant Pump - Remove
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Remove
