Installation Procedure

Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator Outlet Pipe - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Pipe - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
