Removal Procedure

Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)
- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Right Side (1) - Remove - Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct Replacement - Right Side (LT4)
Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (2) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Inlet Hose (1) @Engine Radiator - Remove
Using an appropriate tool, remove the radiator outlet hose retainer (1) from the auxiliary radiator inlet hose connector.
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler- Right Side - Remove
