Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Install the radiator outlet hose retainer (1) to the radiator inlet hose connector.
- Install the radiator inlet hose (2) to the left side charge air cooler ensuring the radiator outlet hose retainer (1) is fully engaged.
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clip (3) - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Blackwing)
- Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)
Radiator Inlet Hose (1) @Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (2) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
